Ageing: 12 months in French oak barrels.

View: It has a beautiful cherry red colour with violet hues.
Nose: It has a pleasant fruity character with notes of cherry and redcurrant with a spicy finish where pepper predominates.
Taste: Medium body with good balance between acidity and alcohol with elegant and polished tannins.
Pairing: It harmonizes well with wood-fired pizzas, tomato pasta, lean meats and semi-ripened cheeses.
Optimal ageing time in the cellar: 2 years.
